My Mission

DeGroot-Arts is proud of its reputation as a designer of unique highly respected designs and art works.  The reproduced works that are available from this site are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.  All though some aspects are out of the direct control of the artist, I stands behind the quality what I sell. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or refund.

Currency

All prices are displayed and transacted in Australian Dollars AUD$, but may be converted to local currencies.

Returns

Please return any item you are not completely satisfied with. Please wrap securely and return the merchandise with a copy of your invoice via insured and pre-paid mail to the address that will be supplied on request:

The cost of returned merchandise will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in Australian dollars (shipping fees are not refundable).

Customs and Import Duty Information

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. deGroot-Arts does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Times & Costs

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $100, postage costs are $15 within Australia and $35 Internationally.

 

As many of the works on this site are not mass produced, please allow addition production time.  Thank you for your patience.   Orders are processed within 14 business days of receipt. All deliveries are made by Australia Post. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of shipment within Australia and 21 days internationally.

 

Please note these figures are only a guide.  Final delivery times will depend on the selected courier.
